What is Virvi?

Virvi helps you practice interviews and track job applications. Sign in with Google/Apple if you want to sync your application data across devices.

Do I need an account?

Nope. Everything is stored on your device. Sign in with Google/Apple only if you want cloud sync for your applications.

Where is my data stored?

Interview recordings and transcripts stay on your device. Job applications are also stored locally unless you sign in—then they sync to the cloud.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Delete your account from settings if you're signed in. Delete the app to remove local data.

What we collect

If you sign in with Google/Apple:

• Your email and name
• Job applications (company, role, dates, notes, stages)

Stored locally on your device:

• Interview recordings and transcripts
• Interview questions and your responses
• Practice session data

How we use it

We use your data to make the app work:

• Sync job applications across devices (if signed in)
• Generate interview questions based on your interview title, context, and your response transcriptions
• Store your practice sessions

Where it's stored

If you sign in, application data is stored on Firebase servers in Australia.

Who sees it

Just you. We don't share your data with anyone.

We use Firebase for:

• Google/Apple sign-in
• Cloud storage for applications
• AI to generate interview questions (Gemini)

Your rights

Delete your account anytime from settings. This removes all your cloud data. Deleting the app removes local data.

Data retention

• Local data: Until you delete it
• Cloud data: Until you delete your account
• Deleted data: Gone immediately
